1979 Heart Ann and Nancy Wilson with Steve Fossen

In 1979ish, I showed up at my brother Ronald's house for a party. In 1977, he was at my place and met BLONDIE, the band, so he had a party with his cooling friends of HEART. According to Ronald and his daughters, he was close friends with the drummer Micheal Derosier and had partied with a Heart more than a few times.

I show up at his party. ANN and NANCY looked very lovely and tried to dance with me I said rather impolitely excuse me I need to get to the cheese dip

the snax as the two sisters parted and let me through to the kitchen, where they all gathered at the table. The entire band Heart

I get my snax and approach the table but feel a vibe of too cool for me, so I stop and go to the front room couch

where I sit eating my snax and Steve Fossen, who I met in 1974 when Ronald got me a light show gig with the band steve fossen showed up to interview me and check my gear out

anyways steve comes over and very nicely asked what do you think of HEART? I said they are ok. I like what I hear on the radio, magic man. I enjoy the lovely tune, but I haven't collected any heart records I said he looked like, oh oh... Then I said, but you know what? I am going out tomorrow and will start a heart collection of albums

Ann and Nancy were cute trying to dance with me as I excused myself to the snax in the kitchen. They were charming women and talented, also very gifted performers

I can't say enough good things about that band. i wasn't much of a fan but became one over the years

after all they were like my brother Ronald's friends, so to speak.. he had been at their house a few or more times, according to his daughter
